Reviews and Ratings <br />
During my stay, I found the hotel to have a spacious room and a fantastic view of the Dead Sea, making it a pleasant experience overall. However, the service left much to be desired, with staff being less than helpful at times, which impacted my overall enjoyment. The dining options were hit or miss, but the pool and spa facilities were excellent. The value for money seemed fair, though improvements in service could elevate the experience.
I had high hopes for this hotel given its beautiful lobby and location by the Dead Sea, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor service and maintenance issues. While the amenities like the spa and private beach were impressive and the pool area was enjoyable, the room I was initially given was not clean and had electrical issues. The dining options were decent, but the staff's lack of organization and attentiveness really detracted from the overall experience.
I had high hopes for this hotel, given its beautiful design and a hefty price of 600 dollars for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property. While the dining options were tasty, the overall value for money felt lacking, especially with the state of the guest rooms and public areas.
I had high expectations for this resort but unfortunately, my stay was far from ideal. The location is decent, and the beautiful views of the Dead Sea were a highlight, but the service and cleanliness left much to be desired. The dining experience was chaotic and unsatisfactory, and the facilities showed signs of neglect. Overall, while there are some positives, I can't say this place offered good value for money.
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the view over the Dead Sea was truly gorgeous, the service and cleanliness fell short of expectations. The amenities promised for kids were not available, and the staff seemed unhelpful overall. The rooms were outdated and not very clean, which detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.
